Destination Wedding Professional Services Fees - Day of Coordinator

• $1000 Escorted plus cost of flight
•   Greet the Clients and Guests upon arrival at the resort
  · Arrange and coordinate any welcome events, services, and/or gift bag deliveries planned by the Clients (if applicable)
  · Organize and attend a review meeting with the Clients and the Travel Suppliers' on-site wedding coordinator
  · Arrange and coordinate the wedding rehearsal and dinner
  · Organize the steaming of the Clients' wedding attire
  · Escort wedding party members to spa and beauty appointments
  · Serve as the primary liaison between the Clients and the on-site wedding coordinator on the day of the wedding 
  · Confirm that floral, favor, and special deliveries are made to the Clients and wedding party members
  · Check in with the Clients and wedding party members to ensure they are getting ready on schedule for the ceremony
  · Review weather reports and coordinate with the Clients and the on-site wedding coordinator if "Plan B" options must be taken
  · Provide photographers and videographers with a required shot list agreed upon by the Clients
  · Confirm that the ceremony arrangements are in place before the start time (including decor, officiant, and music)
  · Works with the on-site wedding coordinator to troubleshoot any issues that arise
  · Remain on site until the reception ends to address any issues that arise
  · Distribute any tips from the Clients to vendors and wait staff (if applicable)

Once fee is paid in full, will secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. 

By agreeing to this fee, I understand and except for myself and the travelers included in my party Hi-Level Travel LLCs Fee Structure. I acknowledge and accept there are [cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services]. I agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that un-used portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. I also understand these fees are separate from the cost of my trip. All fees are non-refundable.
