Here’s a breakdown of typical responsibilities:

🔹 1. Vendor Coordination 

• Review contracts the couple has already signed

• Confirm details, arrival times, and needs for all vendors

• Serve as the main point of contact in the final weeks

• Coordinate a timeline that incorporates all vendor needs

🔹 2. Final Month Management

• Create a detailed wedding day timeline

• Conduct a final walk-through of the venue

• Communicate final logistics with vendors and the couple

• Troubleshoot last-minute issues and provide expert solutions

🔹 3. Day-of Coordination

• Manage setup and décor placement

• Ensure all vendors arrive on time and are set up properly

• Keep the day running on schedule (ceremony, reception, toasts, etc.)

• Assist with guest coordination and vendor payments (if applicable)

• Handle any unexpected challenges discreetly

🔹 4. Rehearsal Coordination

• Lead or support the ceremony rehearsal

• Direct wedding party on procession order, timing, and cues

• Coordinate with officiant and musicians (if needed)

🔹 5. Client Support & Communication

• Offer ongoing consultations (usually starting 1–3 months out)

• Provide checklists and planning advice where needed

• Help finalize layout and design decisions already in motion

• Booking travel/accommodations for guests
